I have written to them asking for this info and they (of course) are not returning any of my emails. They are the ones replying to my fraud charges telling me that I have two accounts. I'm sorry if this is a repeat but I found that the casino uses a second credit card processing center in the UK called Streamline which is also named WorldPay. The email that you are referencing is lawrence email address I assume. You would think that they would take it serious being that we're complaining on their community board.
